Configuration that I must do to recover my deleted photos or videos, steps to follow
In order to recover these photo files, videos or any other file, the first thing you should do is enter Facebook, from the updated application on your mobile or PC.
Once you are logged in, go to the upside-down triangle icon at the top right of the screen. Among the options that appear there, click or touch the ‘Settings and privacy’ option and then on the next ‘Settings’ tab.
When all the options to set up your account appear on the screen, select ‘Your Facebook information’ on the left side of the screen. There, click on ‘Download your information’, which is the copy that we had mentioned that Facebook saves on its platform.
Then, all the information that Facebook has saved and that you can download will appear on the screen; in that case, mark only what you want to download as, ‘Photos and videos’. Then, select the exact date to be able to recover the files that were deleted in that period of time to be able to click on ‘Create archive’.
To continue, you must wait about 3 minutes while the file with the information you are requesting is created in your account. To access it, a notification will appear that the file is in ‘Backup’ on the same screen you are on, and you can download it there.
