Outward is an open-world RPG from Nine Dots Studio that features a huge variety of weapons. Most of them you can find while traveling the world, but if you want to get your hands on something special, then use the information below.

We will tell you about several types of the most powerful weapons. It is not surprising that you will have to make every effort to get the weapon.

Thuanosaurus Greataxe

Specifications:

• Damage – 44.
• Impulse (push) – 50.
• Attack speed – 1.1.
• Durability – 300.
• Weight – 4.0.

The most powerful ax and melee weapon in the game. Two-handed weapons inflict huge damage with bleeding, which is a very important parameter in battle.

The ax can be crafted using the following recipe:

• 2 tails of alpha thuanosaurus,
• 1 brutal big ax,
• 1 palladium scrap.

Tuanosaurs can be found in the Sacred Swamp. You will need to kill two alpha monsters to get their tails.

The brutal big ax can be positioned in three places:

1. Hunter’s hut in the Enmerkar forest.
3. Cave of the Flawless.

Palladium Scrap can be found in Palladium Veins in Enmerkar Forest, Sacred Swamp, or Abrassar.

Claymore Tsara

Specifications:

• Damage – 76.
• Impulse (push) – 60.
• Attack speed – 0.8.
• Durability – Endless Durability.
• Weight – 9.0.

This sword is capable of inflicting serious damage, but its most significant characteristic is its infinite durability. You will not need to constantly repair weapons, which is why this item is one of the most coveted in Outward.

Like the previous weapon, claymore can only be crafted with the following recipe:

• 2 Tsara stones,
• 1 palladium scrap,
• 1 hackmanite.

There are three places where you can get Tsara Stones without completing any quests:

1. North-eastern Chersonesos.
2. Electrical laboratory in Abrassar.
3. The Jade Lich has a dark ziggurat.

Hackmanite can be mined from Conflux Mountain and Aurai, while palladium scrap is found in Enmerkar Forests, Sacred Marsh and Abrassar.

World’s End Greataxe

Specifications:

• Impulse (push) – 48.
• Attack speed – 1.1.
• Durability – 525.
• Weight – 6.0.

Despite the fact that this ax deals only 13 points of damage, its main advantage is associated with the additional damage in the form of decay (40 units). We remind you that such damage completely ignores the enemy’s armor.

To get the ax, follow these steps:

1. Enter the Forest Hive Cave at the Colossal Hive (southeast of Enmerkar Forest).
2. Kill the Hivemaster boss at the other end of the cave.
3. Take away the weapon from his corpse.

Great Pillar Hammer

Specifications:

• Damage – 61.
• Impulse (push) – 75.
• Attack speed – 0.8.
• Durability – 475.
• Weight – 12.0.

This is a huge mace, a reference to the infamous Dark Souls boss, Executioner Smaug. He had a similar weapon. To get the item, you need to travel to the Spire of Light in the Sacred Swamp. Look for the item in the wall behind the legacy chest. The weapon has no special effects, but due to its power it will allow you to destroy any enemy.

Thrice-Forged Halberd

Specifications:

• Attack speed – 1.1.
• Durability – 425.
• Weight – 8.0.

One of the unique weapons in the game. This halberd deals no physical damage, but instead allows you to attack opponents with the power of flame and ice.

To get a weapon, follow these steps:

1. Travel to the Temple of the Cabal Winds in the southwest of Enmerkar Forest.
2. Kill five Shell Horror opponents.
3. Wait for the wall inside the main room to disappear.
4. Pick up the halberd by the chest behind the wall.

Poisonous Nightmare Bow

Specifications:

• Damage – 18/18.
• Impact – 43.
• Attack speed – 1.1.
• Durability – 425.
• Weight – 8.0.

One of the best ranged weapons in Outward. This unique item can be crafted using the following recipe:

• 2 Chitins of the Nightmare,
• 1 combat bow,
• 1 occult remains.

Chitin of the Nightmare drops from the same creatures (Shell Horror), which you will meet in the Temple of the Cabal Winds. The bandits in Enmerkar Forest drop a battle bow, so just find a bandit camp, kill the archers and search their bodies. Occult Remains can be purchased from the Burning Man or Wendigo for 30 silver.
