1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons water 1 sachet unflavored gelatin 1 cup fresh fruit, chopped to taste 1 cup strawberry yogurt 1 cup cream milk 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
In a small container that can go to the fire, combine the lemon juice with the water. Pour the gelatin on top and let it rest for 5 minutes. Simmer continuously, stirring until the gelatin has completely dissolved. In the blender glass, place the fruit and yogurt. Beat lightly.
