Secrets of Iramkand in ArcheAge

In ArcheAge thoroughly prepared Iramiysky ridge and did not make the next checkpoint location. On it, they farm monsters for hours for the essence of light, make titles and a special coat of arms, and also mine ore. There are a couple more features that will be supplemented in the future with the quest storyline. This guide covers all the interesting points of Iramkand.

Name

With a new stage on the Haze development server in September, the first outlines of Iramkand appeared beyond the Corvus Wasteland. Then, not everyone was happy with the name. Serious Capybara on the forum said that this is only part of the area and the location will be called the Irami Range. Title problems still haunt us.

Iramkand will be written on the character choice, although he was standing somewhere in the cursed forest. The same is in the book of portals and above the open teleports. In Iramkand itself, a mistake was made with an extra letter “a” – Iramakand. On the trail from the Corvus Wasteland, we get to the Iramian ranges.

Culture

Incomprehensible towers are scattered along the Irami ridge. For some reason they reminded me of the Maya. Similar to the square towers found in Chichen Itza. The stone face in Iramkand suggests that this culture is closer to the Hindus. I managed to find the same towers in Angkor (Cambodia). There is a giant Hindu temple complex called Angkor Wat, which is dedicated to the god Vishnu.

The temple was built in the 12th century by the Khmers. UNESCO World Heritage Site. Prang is the very tower that is actually a tall temple. The Khmers were closely associated with India, but practiced Buddhism. The three prangs are featured on the Cambodian flag. Prangi and Smiling Buddha are in the Bayon Temple (Angkor Thom).

The origin of round towers is more complicated. No similar ones could be found. They look like the Qutub Minar minaret. As tall, it becomes smaller in diameter and has frequent protrusions. The tower in ArcheAge has a face and is built of bricks. The minaret in India also has a brick structure, but there are patterns.

However, in Iramkand, only Cambodian temples are used. A storyline will appear in the future. Around March, as Korea’s Guardian’s Mission interim update came out four months after installing Update 5.0.

The video for the update showed residents of Iramkand wearing clothes that do not belong to that culture. After this information was confirmed thanks to the new PvE arena “The Last Day of Iramkand”, where you need to help the residents to gather resources and escape.

I will never be able to find out which settlement was chosen for the creation of the Iramians. Share in the comments if you are familiar with the robes from the screenshot, the writing on the tablet, and the minaret from the Irami range. It would be very interesting to find out about people, culture and buildings.

Plot

Little is known at this point. The first assignment on the trail to the Iramian Range is given by Agent Marzio. He asks us if our hero dreams of repeating the journey of the Twelve. SHIELD agents have just made it to these lands. Then we go to Agent Emil in the Maledict cave. This quest is intended to show you the daily quests for Essence of Light and Scrolls of Awakening.

In the first assignment, the hero asks Agent Marzio about the ancient Ramians, the secrets of the Mimetan plateau and the traces of the Twelve. However, as it turned out, this is classified information. Agent Emil is just tired of these questions. Now everyone asks about the entrance to the wonderful garden. Nevertheless, he talks about the Ramians and sends the hero to look at them in the Cursed Forest. And he also says that well-read heroes will guess what the ancient Ramians conjure and who they want to rescue from oblivion.

The Ramians themselves are somehow connected with the Iramians. Agent Jared says the Ramians in the Iramian Ridge are sane, unlike the Shimmering Coast.

The continuation of the storyline is left to wait a little. In the description of the update it is written – this is a whole journey to the center of the earth in the footsteps of those same twelve heroes. You can read the history of peoples using the links below. Please note that there is no translated material after chapter 34. The chapters, which were to be among the first, were not translated: “The Curse of Iferia”, “Mother and Son” and “Great Meadow”
