They are stored there for a maximum period of 30 days , so since you delete something and decide to recover it, you have up to a month to recover them, then they are automatically deleted as each of the publications exceeds that maximum number.
With that information in mind, let’s see what you need to do to recover all those Facebook posts:
- Open the Facebook website, click on your profile image and go to settings and privacy / activity log . Among other things, you can also delete the activity log here .
- Now click on the “trash can” option that appears in the options column on the left.
- Finally, select all those publications that you want to restore and click on the “restore” button .
And voila, the publications will be published again on the date they were published , but if what you were looking for does not appear on that list, it is because more than 30 days have passed since you deleted it and, therefore, Facebook no longer offers you the option to restore them like the others.
