WHAT IS HO’OPONOPONO FOR?

This technique works on the basis of a prayer or mantra (if you had to choose one mantra or prayer, this should be the one) that contains simple four sentences. I love you – I’m sorry – Please forgive me – Thank you … These four phrases or sentences are not enough to just repeat as many people think. This would not lead to any results. It is important to say all these four sentences completely sincerely and, above all, to fully feel each of them.

These four phrases must be repeated and it is entirely up to you whether you will say them in your mind, out loud, or you will have to sing them to yourself. It is necessary to feel every phrase and release your emotions, if you want to cry, cry. It is necessary to experience these emotions, release them and leave them.

The meaning of these four phrases:

  • I love you – you don’t say it to anyone around you, I say it to yourself, you speak to your inner child, with this you let the energy of love into your heart and thus also to your surroundings, to all living beings, to the entire universe. Love is the strongest and most powerful energy that surrounds us. If this love is unconditional, pure and sincere, then it is the most powerful medicine for all pains of body, mind and soul.
  • I am sorry – for everything that is causing the problem inside of me. I am sorry for the memories and emotions that are hidden inside of me that make me repeat the same patterns and the same results. Sorry is in this technique a sincere expression of regret. Regret does not mean weakness, but it is an apology for our actions that were wrong and wrong, that cause pain and suffering.
  • Please forgive me –you are saying that you are aware of the mistakes, wrongs and pain you have caused. Forgiveness is very important, it is one of the most powerful forces in the universe and healing process ever. Self-forgiveness is an expression of some degree of awareness that you can make mistakes, but you never regret it because you are aware that by doing so you can grow and become a better version of yourself.
  • Thank you – expresses our gratitude for everything we have and experience, because we have the opportunity to experience it and gain experience and subsequently grow. It is an expression of gratitude and humility for everything that has happened to us. By expressing sincere gratitude even for what has hurt you, harmed you, caused pain, it proves that you are aware of the value of all people, things, experiences, situations that surround you and are part of your life. Give thanks and be grateful every day for everything that happens to you, good or bad. Give thanks and be grateful for who you are, for each new day, for new possibilities and opportunities for growth.
