Encased is a traditional RPG with an isometric camera and turn-based combat. The action takes place in a dystopian timeline where an organization called CRONUS controls life under the Dome, an area full of artifacts, anomalies and all sorts of strange events. Our initial goal is to explore an area called Nashville, but when we get there, we will realize that everything is not as simple as it seems. In our hands will be the future of not only the Dome, but the rest of the planet.
Encased’s console commands and cheats require some tweaking to activate in the full version, but luckily the whole process is fairly straightforward. Start by searching for the game in your Steam Library, right-click on it and choose Properties.
Look at the bottom of the General window that opens for the Launch Options dialog. In it, add “–console” without quotes. This will activate the in-game consoles, allowing you to call them with the tilde (`) key. If the tilde doesn’t work, it’s worth using the good old trial and error method, as it can happen with different keyboard layouts.
Once this step is done, load the game, shut down your console, and enter the Encased console commands and cheats from the list below. Replace # with a number and remember that commands are case sensitive.
