Anti-alcoholic education. It is aimed at studying actions aimed at reflecting on the bad habit of ingesting an excess of alcoholic beverages; as well as the disorders that originate in the organism.

Anti-alcoholic education in the pedagogical process.

The prevention of alcoholism from the teaching-educational process acquires a determining value in the process of formation and development of the personality of the students from the educational work. These processes are highly complex due to the profound changes and transformations that occur in the subject.

Within Health Education, Alcohol Education is an educational process that is perfected to the same extent that it increases people’s concern about issues related to the negative consequences it causes in irresponsible consumption of alcoholic beverages on the psychological level, biological and social of people. It is characterized by presenting well-defined objectives and contents that must be approached as a transversal axis through the subjects of the different grades and levels, especially Primary Education .

Anti-alcoholic Education is an environmental dimension that constitutes the basis for the development of healthy lifestyles and the formation of a health culture in men and women, if from the earliest ages it is set as a purpose in educational objectives and is specified in the different actions that society as a whole develops to have a healthier and more active population.

Analcoholic training as a dimension of health education.

The excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages , the increase in alcoholism worldwide and the negative impact of this disease on society, encouraged chemical researchers and toxicologists of international rank to create and make healthy drinks that could be consumed by the child and adult population without causing harm to health and that were used as ways to prevent alcoholism from school age, it is in this way that alcoholic beverages are made known.

The term analcoholic according to the Terminological Dictionary of Medical Sciences, the prefix an, means against, therefore analcoholic indicates that it does not contain alcohol.

The first alcoholic cocktail spread in the United States and in the world was the named Shirley Temple (1969), made from natural fruit juices, soft drinks, grenadine and ice cream. In this way, the first non-alcoholic cocktail was published in the world.

Many have been the countries that have investigated the importance of consuming these healthy drinks from an early age, such as: Spain, Chile, Argentina and China, with the aim of reducing the effects that, on the biological level, psychological and social cause the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the individual. In Cuba, Margolles Carlos ( 2009 ), director of the Bartenders Association, expressed that an alcoholic cocktail is one that does not contain any type of alcohol within its ingredients.

Most of them are refreshing cocktails whose preparation uses medicinal fruits, vegetables and herbs, either in their natural or elaborated state, and they also have a low caloric content as they are made from natural products, rich in vitamins and proteins.

The Cuban State and the Ministry of Education, together with the social institutions, pay special attention to the production and elaboration of non-alcoholic beverages, in addition, they disclose and promote the treatment of this topic by educational centers through the different subjects and in the different teaching levels. In this sense, emphasis is placed on the importance of ingesting these drinks to promote an adequate process of training and development in children, adolescents, youth and adults.

Analcoholic training in primary schoolchildren.

The consumption of fruits and vegetables is emphasized from the educated nutrition of schoolchildren, however we must take advantage of these spaces to promote the consumption of alcoholic beverages not only in our homes as a snack, after meals, etc., but in other spaces such as parties, celebrations of historical dates, birthdays or other recreational activities promoted by the school and social institutions.

In pedagogical research related to the consumption of fruits and vegetables, actions are proposed aimed at learning about the subject, juicing and consumption through the curriculum of the 5th and 6th grade subjects. The primary school has a group of programs aimed at the teaching-learning and training process that address the topic of fruits and vegetables in food and nutrition, the behaviors to follow when consuming them, the diseases that cause when not consumed and other information that promote food culture in schoolchildren.

The analcohólismo must be formed and consolidated in children from the earliest ages of life, therefore educational institutions play a decisive role in the food and nutritional education of our children, to form good eating and eating habits in them. , and at the same time, insist through various forms and activities on adult education.

Importance for human life.

Analcoholism is important for human life due to the potential it offers for food and nutrition, since fruits and vegetables are providers of vitamins, minerals, fibers and other elements necessary for the organism’s functioning, growth and development of physical and intellectual capacities of the individual. These belong to the II group (vegetables) and III group (fruits) of food and can be enjoyed in large quantities.

From a pedagogical point of view, the term analcoholism must be analyzed from the behavior that the scholar acquires towards the consumption of juices and fruit nectar from the knowledge that one has of the importance of these foods in the organism, from the perspective of health and its manifestation in the student’s lifestyle at school, at home and in society in general.

It is important that, in Primary Education programs, this definition is treated as an aspect of Anti-alcoholic Education and Food, Nutritional and Food Hygiene Education, in addition to guiding the family from Family Education, so so that it can be articulated in the methodological work, in the class through the contents, in extra-teaching activities and extra-curricular activities.
