To edit your voice using your PC, the best way is to use Skype to make a regular call while using programs on your computer to edit your voice in real time .

A very versatile, lightweight program for the PC and above all totally free is Voxal Voice Changer . Once installed and downloaded, you can use Voxal to change your voice during Skype calls.
On the sidebar you can choose the filters of the People category (which will allow you to make your voice sound like that of a child, an elderly man, a woman, etc.); or opt for the Fantasy category (with voices of dracula, angels and the like) or, finally, those Sci-fi (alien, robot etc).
