Bungie’s shock move during the PlayStation Showcase on May 24, 2023 revealed a teaser trailer for Destiny 2’s next expansion, The Final Shape. At the end, an event for new content was revealed. Here’s when and how you can watch the Destiny 2: The Final Shape demo.
When will Destiny 2 The Final Shape be unveiled? Date and possible time
Destiny 2: The Final Shape presentation set for August 23, 2023 . Time is not yet known, but judging by Lightfall’s 2022 show, I think it could be 9:00 AM PT / 12:00 PM EST .

How to watch the Destiny 2 The Final Shape demo
While the viewing platforms have yet to be announced, I’m willing to bet that they will be the same as the previous expansion demos that took place on the following Bungie channels:

What will be shown in the Destiny 2 The Final Shape showcase?
At the time of writing, we didn’t know what exactly would be shown. Although, based on the teaser trailer that was revealed during the PlayStation Showcase on May 24th, we can expect to find out about Cayde-6’s true fate in Destiny 2. Is he dead or not? I’m still so shocked and can’t wait to find out.
