Specifically, iPad Mini 6 can count on 4 GB of RAM (1 GB more than iPad Mini 5). While iPad 9 offers the same 3GB of RAM as its predecessor . The same goes for the new iPhone 13: the base model and iPhone 13 Mini integrate 4 GB of RAM (exactly like the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini that we have compared here ), iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max offer 6 GB of RAM like iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max .
