Top 11 best cards in Back 4 Blood

We’ve already covered which card and character builds are best to create in Back 4 Blood for single player.

In this top, we will consider 11 universal and most useful cards, which are best to always have with you (or in a deck with someone on the team). Why eleven? Because there are so many cards in the game that the top 10 seems too small and you definitely want to add something else.

11th place – One is not enough

Card Class: Muscular Strength.

Card type: Attack.

The one who took it to the deck, the card allows you to take as many as two main weapons. This is an incredibly useful bonus, which sometimes makes it easy to go through difficult moments and opens up a huge scope for experimentation.

Why is such a useful card in the last place? We think you already know – the point is in the penalty on the speed of switching between weapons. Compared to the special perk, this is, of course, nonsense, but it makes you think twice if you need it.

You can, of course, just throw more “Gloves for shooting” into the furnace to neutralize the debuff, but then you will use up the precious slot.

10th place – Run and Shoot

Card Class: Luck.

Card type: Mobility.

One of the best mobility cards. Having once equipped and tasted the ability to run and shoot at the same time, you hardly want to say goodbye to the buff. This card allows you to greatly increase the total damage inflicted by your character, and will save you if you are caught by surprise. Especially if it happened in narrow corridors.

9th place – the killer of the possessed

Card Class: Reflexes.

Card type: Attack.

Want to make your team happy? Take this card. Even if no one talks about it, everyone dreams of a teammate who will equip the Obsessed Killer without further ado, because it gives + 20% damage to the weak points of the infected .

It is a must in any build, because it allows you to deal with enemies much faster. The only drawback is that the card still takes up a slot, in which you always want to put something much more fun and powerful just for you than just something useful for the team.

8th place – Combat knife

Card class: Discipline.

Card type: Attack.

Quite a useful card for anyone who loves to fight in close combat. She  transforms her fist into a knife, which is considered a melee weapon. Such a seemingly small thing is capable of increasing your effectiveness against hordes of simple zombies and literally saving you in some situations.

7th place – Exercises to recharge

Card Class: Reflexes.

Card type: Attack.

This is an almost perfect card as it speeds up reloading by 20%. If you do not know what is useful to add to the deck, feel free to choose it.

It is so low in our top for only one reason – after all, it is not worth using it with absolutely every build. For example, if you decide to fight exclusively in close combat (or at least lean mainly on this style of battles), then the buff from the card will be completely useless.

6th place – Universal sneakers

Card Class: Reflexes.

Card type: Mobility.

This card is so good that it is hard to believe that it was left in the game for a reason. After all, it gives + 20% to stamina, + 20% to restore stamina, + 3% to movement speed and +5 health points . And at the same time, it does not impose any penalties on its owner, as cards with the same generous bonuses usually do.

She is in sixth place only because this set of bonuses is not ideal for every team build. If your playstyle doesn’t rely on stamina, then all of these bonuses will not be as significant.

5th place – Ammunition for everyone

Card class: Discipline.

Card type: Attack.

Ammunition is an extremely important resource and a rapidly depleting resource in Back 4 Blood. So you will be constantly on the lookout for ammo, especially at higher difficulty levels.

This is why this card is so important. It gives a rather nice + 10% bonus  to the amount of ammunition that each of the team members can carry, and at the same time does not award debuffs in the appendix.

4th place – Revenge for the Fallen

Card class: Discipline.

Card type: Attack.

Another card that will come in handy even on a low difficulty level. If it is equipped, then when one of the players is knocked out, the whole team receives + 30% damage, + 20% reload speed and infinite ammo for 10 seconds.

Thus, we can say that it levels the resulting gap in your attack or defense. Although, that’s putting it mildly. Often, Revenge for the Fallen literally turns you into an unstoppable zombie-killing machine. Its only drawback is that you will constantly think about whether to knock out the teammate yourself, just to enjoy this power.

3rd place – Hellfire

Card Class: Reflexes.

Card type: Mobility.

A universal card that can be considered a must-have for any build. It gives its owner an impressive + 45% to movement speed while shooting and a small, but still pleasant + 5% to movement speed outside of fights. Unlike Run and Shoot, you don’t have to run and waste stamina.

2nd place – Marked for death

Card class: Discipline.

Card type: Usefulness.

If you have this card equipped, then the mutants you marked will be highlighted . In addition, they will take 10% more damage . Certainly a useful acquisition.

It is best to equip this card on a tank character, but in general it will be useful for any team member with a free slot. Marked for Death will allow you not to lose sight of especially strong enemies and quickly deal with them.

1st place – Second chance

Card Class: Muscular Strength.

Card type: Protection.

By far the best card in Back 4 Blood, it can be applied to absolutely any build and situation. Extra life will never be superfluous, especially if you are playing on high difficulty levels. Add “Second Chance” to your build without looking, and you will never go wrong. Unlike a similar card called “The Needs of the Majority”, there are no debuffs for bonus life here.

+5 health points  can be seen here as just a nice bonus. It is unlikely that you will especially feel their presence.

What cards do you find most useful? Perhaps, you cannot imagine passing without “Minesweeper” and “Cardio training”? Share your experience in the comments!
