Tomato and Onion Salad

Tomato and onion salad. A dish to consume preferably cold, very nutritious for its high degree of minerals and vitamins.

  • 8 tomatoes
  • 3 onions 100 grams of black olives
  • Oil (to your liking)
  • A lemon.
  • Chopped parsley
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 garlic, crushed



Eight tomatoes, three onions, 100 grams of black olives, oil, lemon and chopped parsley. Tomatoes are peeled, peeled and thinly sliced. The onion is chopped and mixed with the oil, salt, lemon and chopped parsley. Tomatoes are watered with this mixture, the olives are added, it is left to rest for an hour and it is served.
