Nutritional value

Honey is a natural, healthy and nutritious food that comes from the nectar of the flowers. One hundred grams of honey from bees provides 78 carbohydrates, 20 calcium, 16 phosphorous and B vitamins. This product is an excellent natural energizer that improves physical and intellectual decline.

Its benefits on the respiratory system are known, and it is used to treat coughs and bronchitis. Externally it is used in small wounds and burns, due to its antiseptic properties, so it prevents infections. Honey face masks improve skin texture and are beneficial in controlling acne.

Ingredients

2 green or ripe peppers

2 ripe tomatoes

2 white onions

2 cups finely chopped cabbage

1 ripe tomato for decoration

3 level tablespoons of salt

1 spoon of sugar

4 tablespoons of vinegar

3 tablespoons of honey

Preparation method

We bring to the boil four cups of water, to which are added salt, sugar, vinegar, honey, and then the finely cut vegetables. They cook for five minutes; then the water is discarded and they are served in a fountain. Garnish with tomatoes . You can add honey on top of them to taste.
