The author

Luis Felipe Desdín García. Graduated in mathematics-physics from the University of Saint Petersburg ( 1982 ). He completed his specialization in Nuclear Physics at the Unified Institute for Nuclear Research in Dubna, Russia . He is a Senior Researcher at the Center for Technological Applications and Nuclear Development (CEADEN) in Havana. He has collaborated on numerous projects as an expert at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

He is a university professor; He has published monographs and books for scientific dissemination. Author of numerous scientific articles and patents. Currently his scientific interests are focused on the field of nanoscience. In 2003 the Council of State was conferred by the Carlos Juan Finlay Order , in recognition of his remarkable scientific work
