People have started participating in physical exercises or sports to keep themselves fit. Many gyms have opened up as a result of this. Health control is also increasing in every area. The young working men have realized the importance of taking care of themselves and they eat healthy food and stay fit. On behalf of me on this occasion of World Health Day, my greetings to all the people present here today. We all know and agree with the statement made by Mr. Edward and the truth is that we all know that health is the most important thing. We all know and how important it is to have a healthy start to our day. Let us face this fact. How many of us follow the truth of a health system. Roughly 20% according to me! This is not a fact but I guess it may be less or it may be more. On a country to country, region to region basis. A few years ago, according to a survey in the US, obesity was becoming a bigger disease than cancer.
Only a healthy person can enjoy the fruits of his labor. If a person who is rich but lacks health, then what is his use? He will either spend most of the money on medical bills or spend his daily work with help.
Josh Billinges, a noted comic writer and professor at the University of the UK, states that “health is like money. We don’t lose it until we realize its value.” What he said a century ago seems to be true till today. This is still true today and will prove to be true for many centuries to come.
So we need to think before this happens to us and we lose our health. is time to change. Who said change is easy? It is a fight against your own will power. No one else but myself is stopping me from what is good for me. Health benefits start with me so efforts should start with me as well. The day we know this, we will be actively involved in creating this invaluable asset called a healthy body. After all, it is the healthy body in which a healthy mind resides. If we are healthy, we will be able to work better, think better, live better and enjoy this gift called life.
In conclusion, I would like to say that good health can be achieved only if we do at least one physical activity every day, eat healthy, try to sleep enough, drink enough water to keep ourselves hydrated, get up early. Do more yoga. Yes and most important, stay away from junk food as much as possible. Eating fried food once in several days is fine but eating such food every weekend can damage your arteries. Greetings everyone! It is my pleasure to welcome you all on behalf of all my employees and colleagues. Be it a child, a teenager, an old man or an adult, our health is the center of all our activities and leads our lives at every level. A healthy body is a vehicle and I, while conscious, am its owner or passenger.
Friends these days people have become very conscious about their health and they often go to gyms, dance classes, aerobics or yoga centers. Some people do all this without even realizing how important it is for everyone. Staying fit does not mean you needlessly show off your muscles but it definitely means that you have an active lifestyle and you are able to do your work without being tired or non-stop.
I mean you don’t feel tired from daily chores and you are able to enjoy your routine to the fullest. Fitness for me is an integral part of your daily activities that is woven into a day program. Taking care of your health is something that cannot be considered as an activity for which you can make time while you are free from office or daily chores. There are many aspects on which our health depends. It includes physical, mental and emotional factors.
To gain physical strength it is important that we start our day with some kind of physical exercise. Take a morning walk or go to the gym, do yoga or you can also practice at home. Actually you can do anything you want or you can do physical exercise according to your age. Choose your physical activity and organize the program accordingly. With your plan you need not only physical but mental strength as well. Yes, you need a lot of will power to follow your plan as you think it is right. There is a very famous Spanish saying, “A person who is too busy to take care of his health is like a mechanic who is too busy to take care of his equipment.”
The Buddha said “It is a duty to keep good health of the body … otherwise we will not be able to keep our mind strong and clear”.
Now that you have chosen your game and systematic routine and incorporated it into your schedule, the next task is to check what you eat. This is the most important aspect of staying fit and healthy. Eating too little or too much food is both bad. As Buddha said it is our duty to keep our body healthy. Choosing the right food gives us nutrition and strength. We need to get it right. Avoid as much junk food as possible. “Taking garbage in. Taking out garbage” is a principle that applies as much in our lives as it does on computers. The result of eating junk food is a sluggish and lazy body! If you want a healthy body and a strong mind then you should eat green vegetables, eat a balanced diet, drink milk, juice and water in sufficient quantity.
We should also at least keep ourselves mentally and emotionally fit. To keep our emotions under control, we must learn to handle our anger, be patient and adjust ourselves to the needs of others. This can easily be achieved by those who have been given similar family values and good upbringing but those who are still struggling to control their emotions should be noticed. Meditation helps us to achieve not only our goals but also many more things. It helps us stay focused in one place.
It helps us clear our minds and make room for creative ideas. Especially in today’s time where there is a lot of tension around us, we need to think and work rationally to avoid crisis. More important than our IQ is our EQ. Only a healthy mind can be trained to achieve unwanted results. So to practice each day we must learn to meditate. After all, it is health that is most important.
As I said in the beginning, our body is a vehicle, so it is important for us to understand that by ignoring it we will face difficulties. Sometimes it can be difficult for us to breathe. A little carelessness on our part can mean an invitation to illness. If you look at a very famous Dutch proverb, this proverb says, “The disease comes on horseback but goes back on foot”. One who suffers from diseases can best tell you how important it is to be healthy. So if we have to reach the destination of our life and succeed in our career then become an asset and not a liability. So we have to learn to take great care of this precious gift which we have received naturally from God. It is important that the condition of this living vehicle is better so that we can enjoy the fruits of our labor.

Fresh morning breeze, morning sunshine, green plants and trees summon soothing rays, fragrances from roses and marigolds, are all inspirations that invite anyone to come out. You can go out and be in the best company – a place in the lap of Mother Nature where you will always find comfort. Once you feel the freshness of an experienced morning nothing can stop you from getting out of bed and if you enjoy this precious gift you will agree with me completely.
These are some of the reasons to motivate you that will help you start your very busy, tiring and working day.
I start my day with my mother doing light exercise and then my daily routine begins. Throughout the day my health keeps me energetic and vibrant so I am able to complete all my tasks efficiently and enthusiastically. Exercise increases the adrenalin in my blood and improves the oxygen supply at higher levels of energy than what it would not normally get and that improves my muscular endurance.
Exercising with interest provides a feeling of happiness and reduces pain. It helps those who suffer from anxiety or who have homesickness of depression. It can actually be very effective in changing the mood and if you are trying to lose weight then your only solution is to exercise.
Since the benefits of a workout are not limited to physical maintenance, it can only be felt by those who actually follow a strict regime. They will tell us how it also helps to keep them mentally healthy. Studies have now proved that people who exercise regularly have improved brain, faster thinking and certainly better memory.
From here it can be concluded that exercise has a direct relationship with health. Fitness is overall physical fitness as well as mental and emotional.
Morning walks, jogging, aerobics, yoga or cycling in the fresh air in the morning is the way to start a good day. You choose the activity that you like and which you can physically tolerate. Exercise regularly and you will see the difference. If you are young you will definitely feel more energetic or you will be able to manage your daily routine and if you are in your adult state then you can easily overcome all heart diseases and other such diseases. We popularly say that “you can identify the book by its cover.” And similarly by looking at the happy faces of all of you, I can recognize that all of you are fully fit and healthy. If you were not, your smile would not have been so spectacular.
Taking good care of this beautiful body is beauty which is called the temple of our beautiful soul. We take many things as a guarantee. For example, our eyes, hands, feet, the power to speak, hear and think intellectually all of these naturally come to us from God without whom we could not even imagine our life. can do. Now all these characteristics are the characteristics of a healthy body. But these are the external gifts that life offers us. What about the gift of a healthy stomach, lungs, liver or heart, even muscle? Some gifts to humans have been given invisibly easily. The health of your body is the health of your soul. Maintaining a proactive regime, eating healthy food, keeping healthy thoughts i.e. having positive thoughts, maintaining a positive attitude towards others and cleaning our environment are contributors to a holistic approach towards health. Yoga and meditation have become common these days. Every mentor, coach of every sport, life coach and professional organizations become aware of the importance of incorporating yoga and meditation into the daily lives of those who follow or are associated with them. Yoga and meditation are becoming a way of life.
Even in the villages but also in urban areas, people are becoming aware day by day. Far from it, only those who take their lives carelessly or care less about their bodies and lives or work very little to stay healthy and fit. These people are the ones you can see eating in most restaurants, bakery shops, sweet shops etc. These people can be easily seen at hospitals, doctors and drug stores where they are sometimes seen taking medicines to overcome their digestive problems. Most of the time they also fight obesity.
On the other hand, healthy people can be seen in parks, fields and sports clubs, walking, jogging or walking in the morning. Even cold weather conditions cannot stop such people. It is not that these self-motivated self-driven self-directed people do not go out to different places and eat food. It is just that they do this less frequently and the quantity and quality of food they eat is definitely different from that of unhealthy eaters.
