  • 2 cups of mango pulp 460 gr
  • ½ cup of refined sugar 100 gr
  • 5 units of eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Mix the mango pulp with the sugar . Beat the eggs with the salt and incorporate them into the mango pulp. Strain all the mixture and pour into a mold covered with caramel .

Cook in a water bath or in an oven like any other flan for two hours, until, when tasting in the center with a toothpick, it comes out dry. Let cool and then unmold. Now to enjoy this delicious mango flan.
