Automatically, the order in question will be moved to the My Orders section of your account and will be visible again in your purchase history.
Finally, I would like to point out that you can view an archived order even without accessing the Archived Orders section . To do this, click on the item Returns and orders , enter the name of a product contained in the order of your interest in the Search by title, department or recipient field and click on the Search order button , in order to view the order in question and its related details.
How to see Amazon archived orders from the app
If you’re wondering if it’s possible to see Amazon archived orders from the app , I’m sorry to tell you the answer is no. In fact, using the Amazon app for Android and iPhone / iPad it is not allowed to archive new orders or view the complete list of those already archived.
The only option available to you is to search for an item included in a hidden order and click on the option to view its details. Note, however, that this solution will only allow you to see a single archived order.
In this case, start the Amazon app, press the little man icon located in the bottom menu and tap on the item My orders . In the new screen that appears, enter the name of an item included in the archived order that you want to view in the Search all orders field and tap the Search button . If, on the other hand, you want to see the complete list of orders stored on Amazon and you do not have a computer available, you can use the browser installed on your mobile device (eg Chrome on Android and Safari on iOS / iPadOS), connect to the main page of Amazon, request the desktop version of the site and act from there.
To proceed, therefore, connected to the official Amazon site , tap the Login button , enter the data associated with your account in the Email (phone for mobile account) and Password fields and press the Login button again to log in.
Now, click on your name , at the top right, and select the option Track and manage your orders from the opened menu. Once this is done, you need to switch to the desktop version of the Amazon site: if you are using Chrome , tap on the three dots icon located at the top right and select the Desktop site option from the opened menu. If, on the other hand, you have an iPhone , tap on the A A icon visible in the address bar and press the Request desktop site item in the menu that opens.
