How to get Black Bass on Nier Replicant
To catch Black Bass, go to the town of Nier. You don’t need any bait for this one, because using just your lure this fish will bite as long as it gets to the right place.
You will want to start fishing along the coast, right of center. Once you’ve had a bite, just press Circle on PlayStation or B on Xbox to start shaking your grip. To fully rewind the line, pull the left analog stick, in the direction opposite to the ripples in the water, until the fish runs out of power.
Catching the Black Bass is part of the Fisherman’s Gambit quest line, and the fish can simply be purchased after completing this part of the quest. Bass can be purchased from Seafront’s Fish Shop for 3,000 gold if you get tired of fishing. You can also sell it for 1500 gold if you have lower than you need.
