If you are sure that there is an INFJ in your life, you should know that this is a complex waltz. It’s not that an INFJ wants to be complicated, just some sort of perfectionist — and especially in relationships. They are looking for the best possible match . So if they’re giving you ANY time, that probably means they’re thinking ahead.
On the other hand, sometimes an INFJ goes through a stage where they really don’t care – and they can be three pages windmill of who they’re dating. This is an unwanted INFJ experience for you. It means they are unstable and why it can be installed.
Mystic
INFJ people are natural mystics. Their calling card to life is their intuition and emotions. It is for humans, but unlike ENFJs who will automatically be in a relationship as from birth, INFJs can be religiously single, career-focused, or religiously monogamous. If he’s obsessed with someone, he may refuse to even think about anyone else, even if that person is just a lover
INFJs go through phases of wanting to be in love, wanting to be totally single, and also forgetting the whole ordeal just by putting a bag over their heads. Why might they have this paradox etched into their souls forever? Why are they acting so dramatic in the guise of an inner calm?
Complex Spirit
A big part of this is that INFJs are more complex than most people realize. They are full of energy, brain and emotions. When they like someone, it’s heavy. Maybe not in a bodily way (it can happen) but in a more spiritual way that captures their earthly brains and hearts. It’s a great experience if properly ignited, but if an INFJ goes unrequited, the experience is not only lousy, it can be a distraction to lead their (probably) busy life.
Seeker
An INFJ misses a relationship that most people don’t include in their software to search for. This is an extraordinary experience that has happened to them and it may sound wonderful if you have never experienced such a burst of energy. . . but it can also be a burden. So, after dealing with a heartache or two, the INFJ may be romanced on the side for a long time, especially if they can reasonably see that it’s not necessary to settle in any time soon. . . or nothing.
So what an INJF desires is trust and peace. They’re sharks because they know when they’re two-strokes, and they hate him with an intense passion as they search for their mate. They can forgive, but they hate having to forgive. They may be surprised because grace is something that comes from them and they are surprised at how generously they will give this grace, and at other times they suffer trying to find that grace to share for a human being. those who are somehow blacklisted.
Patient Romantic
If you want an INFJ, you need to take it slowly—like months or years—9 out of 10 times. This will help them do a background check on you. This will come from your conversations with them and they will be watching you and taking notes. They actually enjoy the process. It’s the ‘J’ part of their personality that works for them. They prefer that you befriend them before dating them. It’s weird that so many suddenly think of dating. Many may not believe in the concept of dating. Or they may submit to it out of necessity.
They don’t like to force romance. They want the grace of the universe to arise naturally, as if by fate. You have to be a little aggressive with an INFJ. . . Don’t be too aggressive. This causes them to question you. Eventually, an INFJ calms down from their pursuit of perfection. They understand that everyone, including themselves, is human. The more they understand the principles of forgiveness, the more ready they will be for a relationship.
INFJ is worth your love. It’s like winning a king or queen. Not only do they make some of the best relationships (if you’re smart), they’re excellent parents. They don’t want to be turned upside down by people. They don’t want to waste their time on someone, especially when working on creative projects that will help them move forward in the world. Wasting time with one person goes against the INFJ.
Virgin
INFJs connect well if you touch them. This is a way for them to know if they trust you. However, this is one of the most unusual things about an INFJ – they are obsessed with virtue and character and are probably more in favor of waiting until marriage. You probably won’t meet that many adult virgins or INFJs. However, they’ll probably all get to know each other as they study similar things in college and hang out together. . . And they’re still confused why they’re all single. INFJs tend to coexist in flocks. They love writing, music, creativity and spirituality. You’ll probably find a whole flock of single INFJs in a church. . . or a library.
Sensitive Adventurer
This particular personality is sensitive, it is much more in dating than friendship. They may write down their friends’ stuff, but when it comes to dating – don’t cancel them, avoid being late, be interesting, be random, and be spontaneous.
They’re not very good with boring. They’re more likely to date a complete stranger on the back of a motorcycle (because they’re in one stage) than spend time with a guy who’s boring enough to talk about their colors likes to paint the walls.
To impress an INFJ, you must have a list of fun, wacky activities to enjoy. They don’t care if they go and hate him; Being original is so endearing and new to them that they may not even know if the event is a bust. Just the fact that it’s different is perfect. Far from boring. Avoid going out and getting drinks – it won’t be memorable.
Whether they tell you this or not, INFJs love to have the most interesting dates possible. They love dates because they have the ability to time things mysteriously well while displaying their spontaneous side.

Does it look like something is stuck in your INFJ’s butt? INFJs are know-it-alls. They don’t always see this, but they can talk about a number of different topics over the ages. If you want to have something more emotional, you’re going to have to frame it. Again, they won’t do anything with you behind doors unless there’s a pretty serious commitment on the table. . . or out of their minds.
They are not as chaste as you think. In fact, they will probably surprise you and themselves. Again, they have an unimaginable amount of energy running through their veins, both intuitively and in the emotional department. They are creative and know how to visualize and understand things in general. They may control the bedroom as another activity they have mastered.
But before that, you must build your trust with them. Unless they feel like you’ve won, they won’t give you a chance to see most of it.
Light
Giving them an INFJ alcohol to help them connect with you can backfire wildly. It’s like playing Russian Roulette. You don’t know what will happen to this random person and neither do they. It could turn out to be your weirdest embarrassing feeling or the coolest and most wonderful thing you’ve ever seen. INFJs are not known to hold their liquor. It’s against their equipment. It’s like seeing a switch between some kind of computer glitch and a freak. It can be fun, but uncontrollable. An INFJ realizes a lot about people and when their lips are loose they can say too many things that are better kept hidden.
INFJs need time to think, think and marinate. Every interaction you give an INFJ will be evaluated and reviewed frequently by them. The words you say, the gifts, the way you touch them – all of these will make them wonder if you’re right for them.
INFJ personalities are desirable to date because:
- They tend to come together with really nice, handsome, great smiles.
- They’re quiet, sarcastic, flirty, random, and full of tricks.
- They’re classy, cool, smart, funny and they really take people
- There is a way to make a deep connection like ESP
Successfully Dating with an INFJ
Here are some additional tips:
- Compliment them. INFJs tend to be writers and word buffs. Complimenting them will help start the conversation. The original one will grab their attention, but be careful not to be too whimsical about a compliment or it will just come off as playful, not flirtatious.
- If you have to cancel, I sincerely apologize. Buy them a gift. Reschedule. If you do this a lot – consider yourself out of their concern.
- Write them a letter. Be stylish and old-fashioned. It catches them off guard.
- If they have pets, treat them like queens or kings. INFJs are all about cute kids and animals.
- Get along well with their families. INFJs hold a special place in most families.
- Have a shower. Dress nicely.
- Be flexible. Being too strict or strict can overlook them.
- There are moments when INFJs will suddenly say something sharp. Don’t research too much. They are treating you directly. They’re probably right about one thing, so don’t try to shake it too much.
- Treat them to a nice dinner.
- Do you have a single pad or a single pad? They won’t think it’s cool.
- Learn many skills to impress them. Languages, musical instruments, dances, etc. Keep the conversation focused on interests.
