Although there are no shortage of voices that point to that return to the “S” for being of a minor renovation and / or to avoid the use of the 13 (which is traditionally associated with bad luck), but every time the rumors are louder with the name “iPhone 13”.
Among the most recent information it is said that there would be no renewal of the iPhone SE and that, despite the low sales, there will be iPhone 13 mini . Despite the fact that the format we saw in the iPhone 12 mini does not seem to have set, the brand would repeat the formula.
How will the design of the iPhone 13 be?
For now there are many renderings and the ones we see are of dubious origins, although they coincide in some aspects :
- The angled profile of the iPhone 12 is preserved.
- The camera module is square and the lenses the same size, even the LiDAR.
- Either they do not include the notchor they represent it smaller, but the leaks agree that the notch will change.

How will the cameras of the iPhone 13 be?
It is too early to talk about the technical details as we have seen with the rest of the features, but even so there is already some rumor. From the information that we passed before Ross we also extract the possibility of seeing sensors with 1.9 μm pixels in the cameras of the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max, seeing that the iPhone 13 and 13 mini would be left with 1.7 μm pixels in its sensors such as that of the iPhone 12 Pro Max (unlike the 1.4 μm pixels of the iPhone 12 Pro and the rest of the iPhone 12. There is no talk about the sizes of the sensors (there are some very unreliable rumors about the jump to 64 megapixels), but the theory says that with larger pixels each one of them captures more light , so this should be advantageous for obtain higher quality in difficult lighting conditions.
