What is the process needed to save your documents to the new Drive portfolio?
First you must start the section in your Drive account , after this you go to the section again , located in the upper left part of the screen.
Subsequently, you give it a new folder, then you give it a name and if you wish you can also make a subfolder by right clicking and choosing new folder. Once you have your folders made, you are going to upload the files, and for this you right click and press where it says upload files.

To upload the files separately
To upload your files separately , first you must have your folders created in your Drive account, followed by this, you go to the part where it says insert, then you go where it says Drive, and a window will be displayed there, where your Files are saved to your account and select the folders you want to upload separately.
If you want to save a folder from your desktop
If you want to save your folder on your desktop, you have two options, one is to download Google Drive either for your computer or cell phone and have access to your data easily.
And the other option would be to download the files you have in Google Drive and save them on your computer or desktop in order to have a backup of these documents or simply to access them without the need for an internet connection.
And to be able to do that, you simply have to select the file you want to download , then go to the part where it says file within the document, and followed by this, the option to download will appear; which you can download in the format you want, either in PDF, Excel, Word among others.
How can you add a color to your portfolio folders to personalize them?
In order to change the color of your folders, you simply have to select the folder you want to customize ; then you right click on it, and you will find the options that it contains, one of them is to change the color, select this option and then you will get the colors from which you must choose one, to give life to your folder and in this way, to be able to identify when you go to look for it in your documents.
How to share your portfolio with other Google Drive users?
Once you have your website or digital portfolio made, you can share it with other people by clicking on the upper right part of the screen, where an icon of a person appears, there you click on share and a UR will appear. You can also send it by mail, these options are used so that the other person can observe your portfolio and see the services you offer.
