Clinical Nutrition Specialist, Dr. Raissa E Djuanda, MGizi, SpGK, explained that it is not true that regularly consuming young dates can make a person get pregnant quickly. Therefore, the chance of pregnancy must be supported by several factors, such as the reproductive health of both parties.

In animals, dates have been shown to increase sperm count and testosterone levels,” explained the doctor who practices at the hospital Metropolitan Medical Center, South Jakarta.
