Just bought in the supermarket or the food market, clean and well drained, it will serve us to prepare an infinity of dishes: rice, stews, soups, tortillas. And why not, also raw, in salads. - A large mallet of spinach of any variety, cut into small pieces.
- A tablespoon of chopped chives .
- Two tablespoons of oil or butter .
- One teaspoon of minced garlic .
- An eighth teaspoon of oregano .
- One eighth teaspoon of pepper .
- A tablespoon of finely chopped melted cheese .
Heat the oil or butter , add the garlic , chives and, little by little, the spinach and spices. Cook everything for about five minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with cheese on top.
