How do you solve each puzzle in Maquette on PS5 and PS4? Maquette is a brand new game from Annapurna Interactive and Graceful Decay, now available on both current Sony consoles. This unique first person puzzle game features some tricky puzzles; maybe you need a hand? If you are struggling with any conundrum in Maquette, this guide is for you.

Maquette: all puzzle solutions
Below you will find a detailed guide on how to solve each puzzle in Maquette.
The Gardens (Chapter 1)
The gardens are very clear on the actual puzzles. Mostly you will just have to walk around the environment, relaxing with the beautiful music. You will know that you are going in the right direction because the writing will appear in the environment, developing the story (this applies to the whole game).
The first obstacle in your path is a red door with a lever on the side. Just pull the lever to open the door.
Continue along the path and you will come to another closed door. On the right you will find a key. Use this key to open the door. Behind is another door. Retrieve the key and use it on this other door.
Walk to the golden tree and you are done with this chapter.
The Maquette (Chapter 2)
To begin, head to the yellow castle (there is a large red cube nearby). Go inside. After the scene is over, head to the dome in the center of the map. This is the titular maquette.
Inside the dome is a smaller version of the same map. You will be able to see that the red cube is blocking the way for a couple of towers. Since the red cube is smaller inside the dome, you can pick it up. Do this and get him away from the towers. This allows you to enter this area on the “normal” scale.
Go down to the grassy area. Look around for a small bridge object – it will be inside or near an elevator. Grab it and use the elevator to return to the upper level. Take this bridge inside the dome and place it between the two towers. This will allow you to traverse it on the “normal” scale.
Cross the bridge and use the elevator to access the roof garden. A scene will play and an oversized gold ticket will appear. Take this ticket.
Return to the dome. Place the ticket on the floor outside the dome, then go inside and take the smaller version of the ticket. Take this small ticket for the “normal” staircase entrance to the fair.
Take a tour of the fair. You will notice that there is a stone path leading to a white wall. Go back to the central dome and find the small-scale fair. Locate the same wall where the path stops and you will notice that there are some things behind it. Pull the lever and it will open the wall. Return to this position in the normal exhibition area. In the newly opened section, you will find a key.
You must use this key to unlock the last locked door in the main area. It leads to a walkway that you cannot cross. Go back inside the dome with the key. Find the walkway and place the key across the empty space like a bridge. Cross the key bridge on the normal staircase.
After the scene is over, you will have to open the red door of the purple house, suspended in the air. Resize the key by placing it on the outside of the dome and then picking up the smaller version from inside the dome. Then, use that smaller key to unlock the red door while still inside the dome.
Then scale the key by placing it somewhere and picking it up from the outside of the dome. Take it back to the dome and lay it like a bridge so you can access the purple house.
The Gateways (Chapter 3)
In this chapter you will start in a sandy area of a castle. Go to the back of the building and you will find a spherical pink crystal. Take it. Transfer it to another pink crystal. Tap them together and you will be able to move to the main area with the dome.
With the pink crystal, head to the pink / red castle and enter. You will find a lever: pull it and release the blue crystal. Place the blue crystal outside the castle, then use the pink crystal to return to the dome. From inside the dome, collect the blue crystal.
Next, resize the pink crystal. Inside the dome, place the pink crystal on the ramped roof of the blue castle. Collect the blue crystal and hold it close to the pink crystal to drop it into the blue castle. Then, make your way to the normal-scale blue castle (holding the blue crystal).
