This happens because you adhere to all the programs that allow you to accumulate points or discounts by making purchases in the various points of sale, which are so convenient, but they always make you find yourself with the bag weighed down by the huge amount of cards you have to carry around.
I understand you, and I really think I have a solution that can improve your life a little: what you need is an app for loyalty cards , so that you can always keep all your cards with you in a virtual way, on your smartphone. , to be able to use them when necessary but without having to physically bear their encumbrance. How do you say? You are interested in this, but you don’t know which solutions you can turn to? Don’t worry, that’s what I’m here for.
In the following lines, in fact, you will find those that, in my humble opinion, are the best applications for mobile devices that allow you to digitize loyalty cards. Stocard (Android / iOS / iPadOS)
The first of the loyalty card apps I want to tell you about is Stocard , which is one of the most popular of its kind and is available for both Android and iOS / iPadOS. It is free and allows you to add many loyalty cards to be able to have a digital copy to always carry around. For some of them it is also possible to receive offers for the purchase of products, but also to browse promotional flyers and get coupons.
To download and install the app on your device, proceed as follows: if you are using Android , visit the relevant section of the Play Store and press the Install button (if Google services are missing on your device, you can also download the app from alternative stores ); if you are using iOS / iPadOS , access the relevant section of the App Store instead , press the Get button , then the Install button and authorize the download via Face ID , Touch ID or Apple ID password . Then start Stocard by selecting its icon which has just been added to the home screen.
Now that you see the main screen of the app, go to the Cards section by selecting the appropriate item at the bottom of the screen and tap the (+) button located at the bottom right, in order to start the procedure to digitize the first loyalty card.
Subsequently, select the name of the store you are interested in from the list proposed or search for it using the text field at the top, then if you want to scan the customer code using the device’s camera, tap the Allow access to the camera button and grant ‘app the required permissions , scan the card code and wait for the acquisition procedure to be completed.
Alternatively, you can manually type the code of your card, selecting the Manual entry option , then entering the necessary data in the field provided and tapping on the Done item located at the top.
After adding a card to Stocard, you will be shown the relevant screen. More precisely, in the Card tab you will find the relative customer code and the barcode to be used if necessary in the store, in the Note tab you can add photos of your card and write notes, while in the Stores tab you can view information regarding the related stores.
Repeat the steps described above for each card you want to add to the app and the latter will then be accessible from the main Stocard screen. To open them, all you have to do is select their preview.
As for, however, the ability to view coupons, flyers, etc. just access the Offers section , selecting the appropriate item located at the bottom, while by going to the Settings section you can manage the operation of the app according to your needs and preferences.
Fidme (Android / iOS / iPadOS)
Another solution that, in my opinion, you would do very well to consider is Fidme . It can also be used on Android and iOS / iPadOS, it is free and allows you to add loyalty and point collection cards, either manually or using the relative barcode. The application is also able to offer special discounts and coupons for the purchase of products in the shops located nearby and also allows you to organize the receipts of the expenses made.
To download and install the app on your device, take it from the relevant section of the Play Store or on alternative stores for Android or from the appropriate section of the iOS / iPadOS App Store . Afterwards, start Fidme by selecting its icon that has been added to the home screen.
Now that you see the main screen of the application, register for the service by typing your email address and the password you want to create for the account in the appropriate fields and then pressing the Create your account button . Alternatively, you can log in using your Facebook or Google account .
Once logged in, grant the app the necessary permissions to access your position, then to add a new card press the (+) button located at the bottom right, search for your loyalty card among those listed and select it. You can also help you find it by using the search field at the top and / or the menu to sort the available cards in a different way.
If the card you want to add is not in the list, scroll down the list screen and press the (+) button under I can’t find my loyalty card to be able to add it manually.
Then fill in the fields attached to the form that is proposed to you indicating the name (if necessary), the number (which you can also acquire via the device’s camera), the name and surname of the cardholder, the format, etc. Finally, save everything by tapping the Add to my loyalty cards button .
Repeat the steps above for each card you intend to add to the app. Later, you will be able to access your loyalty cards from the My Loyalty section of the app, by tapping on the one you are interested in to view the details relating to it and to be able to use it.
I also point out that by accessing the Receipts section of the app you can add and manage receipts for purchases made, while through that Offers you can view the offers and promotions of your favorite stores. There is also the Fids section which, instead, allows you to use the virtual credit accumulated by inviting other friends to use the application to access further discounts and exclusive offers.
CARDplus (Android / iOS / iPadOS)
Another loyalty card app that I recommend you consider is CARDplus . It is free, available for both Android and iOS / iPadOS and allows you to digitize the loyalty cards of all the most popular supermarkets and shops in the country. It is very easy to use and also has a nice user interface. What more could you want?
For potertene serve, Provide first download and install the app on your device, by taking it from the relevant section of the Play Store or store alternative to Android or from the relevant section of the App Store for iOS / iPadOS . Next, launch the app by selecting its icon that has been added to the home screen.
Now that you see the CARDplus main screen, choose Italy from the Choose a country drop-down menu and press the Select button to continue, then tap the Continue and Accept buttons and grant the app the required permissions .
At this point, tap the Load a card button to digitize your first card. Then proceed to select the store of your interest from the proposed list. If necessary, you can help you find it with the Search place field at the top, by typing in the keywords of your interest. Alternatively, you can choose to insert a generic card by tapping on Load a generic card that you always find at the top of the screen.
If you’ve loaded the card from one of the listed stores, scan the barcode with your device’s camera, scanning via the next screen. Alternatively, you can enter the code manually by pressing the Enter manually button located at the bottom.
If, on the other hand, you have decided to insert a generic card, first add the name of the shop in the field provided and then proceed in the same way as I have just indicated for the acquisition of the code.
Repeat the above steps for each tile you want to add. Afterwards, your cards will be automatically added to the app wallet and you can access them from the main CARDplus screen.
If this may interest you, know that by selecting a specific card you can view all the shops in the vicinity that allow you to take advantage of any promotions in progress. I also point out that you can access the Info tab through which you can upload a photo of the card and add notes, while by tapping on the Other item you can open the menu to adjust the operation of the app from which it is also possible to activate the backup of the cards.
Apple Wallet (iOS)
If you own an iPhone, you will surely have noticed that on the home screen and / or in the iOS App Library there is an app called Wallet . In case you don’t know, this is a sort of electronic wallet that, once opened, invites you to add credit or debit cards, transport tickets, event tickets and loyalty cards into it.
The simplest way to add a loyalty card to Apple Wallet is to acquire the card electronically , through the app or website of one of the companies that support the service (e.g. the Nespresso app ) or by creating customized ones using specific applications. for this purpose (eg 1Wallet ) and press the Add to Apple Wallet button on the operation confirmation screen.
Another procedure for adding tickets and loyalty cards to Apple Wallet is to frame a physical card with the iPhone camera . To access this function, open the Wallet app on your “iPhone by” and press the (+) button located at the top right. Next, hit the Add button to confirm adding the item to your e-wallet.
All loyalty cards added to Apple Wallet will then be accessible via the main screen of the app, also accessible with a double tap on the side button . To view the card code and other details, simply tap on the loyalty card of your interest, while to manage the updates and notifications relating to it, press the (…) button at the top right and intervene via the screen proposed later.

More free loyalty card apps
