Very nutritious recipe, ideal for special occasions, the presentation is very attractive and the cooking time is 60 minutes.
- 2 cups of rice
- 4 boiled eggs, sliced
- 4 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 can of Tuna
- 3 Tomatoes, cut into slices, very ripe
- 1/2 pound of cheese cut into thin slices
- 1 large can of Milk Cream
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1/2 cup grated Dutch Cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a pot on the fire we put the oil , add the rice and mix, add the water and a little salt and leave to simmer until the rice dries , cover it and leave it to simmer until it is ready. Add the 2 raw eggs and mix. We place the tomato slices in a little vinegar with salt and sugar .
Besides, we prepare the sauce
In a saucepan over the fire we melt the butter , gradually add the flour , stirring continuously, add the milk , pepper , the rest of the salt and the cream and continue mixing until it thickens. In a buttered refractory, place a layer of rice , one of tomato , one of tuna , one of cheese and one of egg . We cover with white sauce . Again we put rice and dip it in sauce and finally sprinkle the Dutch cheesegrated. We preheat the oven to 350 degrees until the cheese is gratin, this is more or less 10 minutes and that’s it!
