In R Cable you can share your data, do you know how?

In our tariff we have a certain number of data that we can spend each month, although there are many users who do not get all the megabytes they have and have to wait for the following month to get it back, unless there is “A charitable soul” that leaves him part of the megas they have. This way of sharing between several lines is something that is present in R Cable and we are going to tell you everything you need to know about it.

It is really interesting to be able to share the data we have between several lines, since we always know someone who has hardly any expenses of this type and who could leave the odd mega to those who by circumstances exhaust them before the next period of billing.

Internet with me

Internet with me is the service that the operator R Cable has so that its customers can share data between various devices. The most positive part of this system is that it is free , although not everyone who is from R will be able to use it. This service to share megabytes can only be used by those users who have a R cable fiber and mobile rate . Others will not be able to enjoy this very practical system.

Currently each user has 30 GB of free data per year that they can share thanks to the Internet with me, although only within the national territory. Of course, this service must be activated before being able to use it and make sure that, with the rate we have, we can enjoy it.

How to activate it

If we want to activate the Internet with me, we just have to follow a few simple steps:

  • We enter the customer area of the R Cable website or its mobile phone application.
  • Once we have entered users and password, we will see that we can select Internet with me .
  • Next we must choose the line (if we have more than one in our name) on which we want the 30 GB per year to be incorporated that we have already talked about.

We are going to do the way to spend this data on each smartphone, that is, it will not be a system in which nothing special from R Cable enters. This means that if you have an Android mobile you must do the following:

  • We go to Settings and then to Wireless and networks .
  • Then we click on Anchor and WiFi Zone .
  • Now is the time to enter Portable WiFi Zone . Remember that you can choose the name of the network and the password that you want.

If we have an Apple mobile phone, the way to do this same data sharing is as follows;

  • We go to Settings and then to Mobile Data .
  • Finally, click on Share internet .

Something that you should know and that is important, is that once the Internet has been activated with me, we will have 30 calendar days to spend those gigs. We can request them from January 1 to December 31 without problems, that is, when we need it.

If you still have any questions or have tried to activate the service and it has not worked for you, you have several ways to contact R Cable.

We can do it by phone, since there are several available to us depending on whether we are individuals, freelancers or companies.

  • Individuals : we can call 1449 , as long as we do it from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Self-employed : in this case, the Galician operator allows you to contact them through 1446 . The opening hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Companies : if you are calling on behalf of a company, the phone number is 900 815 825 . The call should be from Monday to Friday from 8 to 22 hours and Saturdays from 9 to 14 hours.
  • Individual from abroad : if we are not in Spain, we must contact R Cable through +34 698 111 449 . This phone is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This call will be free if it is made from an R mobile,
  • Self-employed workers and companies from abroad: If we are self-employed or call on behalf of a company, we must go to +34 698 111 446 . The number is enabled 24 hours a day all year round, being free when we make the call from your mobile R.

We can also send a fax for a record of our communication. In this case, the number to which we must send it is 900 825 582 .

We can choose to be more traditional and send them a letter. This system will be much slower, but if we are not in a hurry or if our problem is very specific, this can be a good method. The address is the following: Apartado de Correos 2096, 15080, A Coruña (Galicia) .

The Galician company also puts at our disposal an email in which we can ask any type of doubt we have or if we have suffered any kind of mishap with any of the services they provide us. This email is [email protected] .

Another way we can get in touch with the company is by using its website, since, by accessing the customer area , we will have a section where we can ask what we want, it allows us to present a complaint or express any type of incident that we have suffered.

R’s network of stores is also a good way to contact someone who works for the Galician operator. If we access the R Cable website, we see how we have a section where we can search for the store that we have closest to where we live. We only have to do the following:

  • We go to the R cable website .
  • Now we must go to the bottom of this page and we will see that to the right of this bottom we find the word stores . Here we must press.
  • Now we write the street, the municipality, postal code and city so that you can find, more specifically, the store that best suits us.

As you have seen with R Cable we can share data, in a somewhat limited way, but, after all, this company allows us, not like others of its competition that do not have this power.
