Open Instagram in Chrome and log in with your account, if it wasn’t already open. Then click on the Chrome menu icon and select More Tools > Developer Tools .
Now click on the Toggle device toolbar icon or use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + M to change the device type. The icon should be blue.
Then select the device you would like to emulate from the drop-down menu and press the F5 key to refresh the page .
You can now upload photos to Instagram from your PC, similar to how you would do it from your mobile device, by pressing the + button .
Select the photo you want to upload, add filters or edit the image (optional) and click Next .
Write the caption, tag people and add location (all optional) and click Share .
