As you explore the different climates of Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you will need to stock up on food and elixirs to keep Link healthy. Cooking is the easiest way to do this, but there is a certain ingredient that can be annoying if you don’t know where to look – wish I knew about it a few hours ago! Here’s how to quickly grow Tabanta wheat in Tears of the Kingdom.
Where to Grow Tabantha Wheat in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
Tabantha Wheat occasionally appears in the Gerudo Town main store , although it is in limited supply and takes a few days to restock. This makes getting large numbers frustrating. I spent so many rupees staying overnight in a hotel trying to get the shop to restock my goods!
However, you can save yourself time and money as there is a way to quickly get Bushels of Tabant Wheat at ToTK. Head to the Tabantha Frontier area and go to Mount Kuho ( map coordinates -3769, 1375, 0225 ). Walk around the snowy mountain and you will see grass everywhere; cut it with your sword.

If you’re lucky, you’ll get some Tabant wheat . this is somewhat of a common blob although you can mow grass faster if you hold the attack button and charge a spin attack . Just cut as much grass as possible to get the desired amount of Tabanta wheat, and that’s it!

By doing this, I was able to harvest about 30 bundles of Tabant wheat in 10 minutes, which is much faster than waiting for the store to restock. And its free , too. Just don’t forget to spend the night at the inn to reset the weed if you run out of it.
