How to get the Memento lens in Genshin Impact

Genshin Impact contains many missions that can be difficult to complete or even find, so we have all the details you need about the Memento Lens and its associated missions. here is how to get the Memento lens in Genshin Impact .

How to get the Memento lens in Genshin Impact

First, you will need to complete the tasks that are part of the Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual quest line. To start this quest line, head to the outskirts of Konda Village in Inazuma. Talk to the masked woman who is next to a statue in this place:

The woman’s name is Kazari and she will ask you to use an Electro attack on the Kitsune statue next to her. Do that, then take the protection it drops. Talking to her again will start the mission A Strange Story in Konda. Then, you will need to enter the village of Konda and talk to the locals to get clues about the barrier that Kazari mentioned.

Talk to the girl directly in front of you named Futaba and she will tell you to talk to her father, the village chief. It won’t say much, so you’ll have to talk to two other people.

The first is an old woman named Saimon Eri from the other side of town and then another boy named Takeru who is on a rooftop.

Once you’ve talked to these two, three dots will appear on the map for you to search for clues. Futaba, Eri, and Takeru are named areas to check out, so everyone needs to get there. Notice the woodpile in the creek, the well behind the boss’s house, and the cart on the lawn surrounded by Hilichurls.

Go back to the village chief and show him the bag you found in the well, then the cargo bag, and then the ticket. Then read your notes on the roof and head to the structure shown on the map. He’s surrounded by enemies, so take them out and dig under the structure to find an ancient key.

Enter the well

The next step in getting the Memento Lens will take you back to the well behind the chef’s house to use the key. Use a non-electro elemental attack to break the rock wall that emits electricity. Jump across the wooden platforms near you to get to the Electrogranum. Call him, then go down to the back of the room to get through the barrier there.

Once you are successful, use the protection you got from the Kitsune Statue at the beginning of this quest to clear the shrine.

Purifying the shrine will trigger a puzzle with the little shrines around the room. Take a look at the electric symbol in the middle of the room and interact with the shrines to activate them in the order the symbol shows you.

The number of symbols above each shrine indicates the order in which it will be activated. Use the first shrine you purified as a starting point, then go right, up, and so on, as in the symbol below:

Prepare for the fight once you have activated the shrines in the correct order. A samurai named Ochimusha will appear in the middle of the room. Use electrical attacks, so counter with Cryo or Pyro if you can. Fight like the other samurai in Inauma, so it shouldn’t be an uphill battle.

After winning, talk to Kazari, then summon the only Electrogranum in the room and climb the wall next to him. On the ledge, pass the barrier in front of you and enter a back room with a large chest and boxes to investigate. Searching the boxes will provide an old key that will be needed later in this search line.

In search of the abandoned sanctuary

Your next task to face before getting the Memento Lens will send you to the Abandoned Shrine located northeast of Konda Village. It’s right here:

Talk to the mysterious ghost-like shadows to send them to the three little Kitsune statues in the grass. There are three mysterious shadows, and every time you speak to them, they move. So keep talking to them to put the three of them next to one of the statuettes.

All should be outdoors and easy to find, with the exception of one that occasionally appears on a roof, hidden by a tree. Once a mysterious shadow reaches a statue, do not speak to it again, otherwise it will move elsewhere. Once they are all in the right place, interact with the glowing object in the middle of the statues.

The mysterious shadows should all be in the place where the three chests are in this image:

The last step to get the Memento Lens will take you to the Narukami Shrine. Go there and talk to a shrine maiden named Inagi Hotomi. She will give you the Memento Lens, and you can equip it by going to your inventory and selecting it. Then it will automatically be set to a shortcut button when you open its quick menu.
