This message appears in the Google Chrome browser and surely it has appeared on more than one occasion, but it is likely that you have not realized it because various errors appear in said browser for various reasons and it is impossible to learn what to do at all times.

Check that you have an Internet connection

- Restart the router: it is worth restarting your router to see if the connection is restored and you can navigate well through Chrome. Many routers have an on / off button, but if it doesn’t, just unplug it and plug it back in after several seconds.
- Restart your computer – Sometimes a simple restart of your computer can fix these types of errors, so be sure to try it out.
- Empty DNS cache: to empty the DNS cache of the PC, press the Windows + Q keys, type CMD and enter that utility and then execute the command ipconfig / flushdns.
- Reset TCP / IP protocol: entering CMD with the steps in the previous point, execute the command ipconfig / release and after a few seconds the command ipconfig / renew. Then, in order, type and run these commands one by one: nbtstat –r, netsh int ip reset, and netsh winsock reset.
