HOW TO COOK PROPERLY IN THE MICROWAVE

  • 3 tbsp. of white wine

Start by peeling and mincing the onion and garlic very finely. Put it in a microwave-safe container and add a splash of oil and salt to taste.

Then cook for about five minutes at 800W power. Then add the peas, three tablespoons of the white wine, the water, and the fish stock. Now, set the microwave for four minutes on full power.

Now, add the fish and return the container to the microwave for another four minutes at a power of 800W.

Once the time has elapsed, remove the fish and pass the rest of the ingredients through the blender to make a pea cream. When you have it, the time has come to serve.

To serve, make a bed with the sauce cream and then add the fish fillets. And ready!

Microwave roasted chicken

  • clean whole chicken (or thighs, wings, etc.)
  • 1 clove  garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
