How to contact Twitter

When Twitter users experience a problem with their account – they get locked out, Twitter doesn’t work , or they have a problem trying to advertise on the network –  there is no phone number  they can call to receive assistance from someone operator.

How to contact Twitter

Twitter does not have a telephone number for customer service

Even so, the social network owned by Elon Musk does offer different ways to contact someone who can provide support. If you need to contact the company, these are the ways that exist to do it:

Contact via Twitter

-From the social network itself: The most common way to contact Twitter is through its support account @TwitterSupport. To do this, it is enough to log in to the account, leave a public message in which the mentioned account is mentioned and detail the problem that is being experienced. You will most likely receive an automated response stating that a form needs to be completed. This option is also used to make complaints about harassment or identity theft.

-Private messages: In case you prefer to contact Twitter by DM, unfortunately the Twitter support account keeps this option disabled. However, you can contact @TwitterEspana, which keeps the DM active. It is an account that is enabled to offer advice on use and security, but you can leave a private message and wait for a response.

-Through the “Help Center”: Solutions are offered to common problems such as blocked or suspended accounts, account access problems, privacy, security, authenticity, among others. If help is needed for account ban or suspension, harassment, privacy violations, and spam, this may be the best option. To access the Twitter “Help Center” from the user profile, all you have to do is select “More options – Help Center” from the left side menu.

Contact via postal mail

-Postal mail: If the problem is legal or requires a formal response, a good option would be to send a postal letter to the Twitter corporation detailing the problem and placing the user’s personal data: name and surname, telephone number and email .

In this case there are three options. The first would consist of writing a letter to Twitter Spain:
