To access it, connect to the official website of the service and press on the question mark icon at the bottom right (or on the FAQ item , at the bottom of the page), then briefly specify the information you want to obtain in the Search field and enter .

You will thus have access to the many informative articles of HYPE, which will almost certainly allow you to dispel your doubts and solve any problems. If this is not the case or if, in any case, you feel you need to contact HYPE Customer Service, below you will find out how to do this via chat , social network , email and WhatsApp (the latter option is only available for HYPE Premium users ).

Contact HYPE via chat

If you wish to contact HYPE via chat , it will be useful to know that you can do so by connecting to the HYPE website , by clicking on the question mark icon at the bottom right (or on the FAQ item , at the bottom of the page) and then clicking on the Contact us button located at the bottom of the further page that opens. This will open HYPEBot : the HYPE bot able to respond instantly to all the most common doubts encountered by users.

All you have to do, therefore, is to type the topic for which you need help (eg go to HYPE Plus ) in the text field that appeared on the screen and hit Enter . Within a few moments, HYPEBot will answer you with the most relevant solution.

To talk to a real operator, instead, enter the command Operator and press Enter . Now enter the requested data (name, surname, etc.) or, if you are already logged in to your account, check that the information reported is correct and start interacting with the human operator who will answer you.

To start the chat, enter your message in the Message field , then press the Send button and wait for an operator to contact you and answer your question. During the conversation, if you need to send an attachment, press the paper clip icon and select the file of your interest to upload and send it.

At the end of the chat, you will also be able to rate the assistance obtained. The service is available from Monday to Sunday from 09.00 to 20.00.

Contact HYPE by email

Contacting HYPE by email is another valid solution both to obtain assistance and to request information.

All you have to do is access your e-mail box, press the button to create a new message and enter the address  [email protected] in the field dedicated to the recipient of the message. Then specify the subject of your email (eg How to withdraw with HYPE ) in the appropriate field and enter your message in the body of the email, also indicating your name , your surname and possibly your telephone number .

Contact HYPE through social networks

Another solution that you can consider to get in touch with HYPE is to rely on social networks . In fact, HYPE has both a Facebook page and a Twitter profile , through which it also provides assistance to its customers.


To contact HYPE via Facebook , start the app of the famous social network for Android or iOS , tap on the magnifying glass icon , write HYPE in the Search field and locate the official HYPE page in the search results.

Now, tap on the speech bubble icon to launch Messenger , the Facebook application for sending messages. Then enter your message in the text field at the bottom and press the Send button to send it.

If you prefer to proceed from a computer, log into your Facebook account , connect to the official HYPE page and click on the Send a message button . Then enter your request in the Type a message field  in the lower right window and press the Enter key  on your keyboard to send your request.


HYPE is also present on Twitter and allows both to send requests and to obtain assistance. It will be useful to know that the procedure is almost identical both using the Twitter app for Android and iOS devices and proceeding from a computer.

All you have to do, after starting the app of the famous social network or connecting to your account through the browser you usually use to surf the Internet, is to connect to the official HYPE profile and press the button to send a new Tweet .

Then enter your request for assistance in the appropriate field (do not enter your account details as the message will be public), press the Tweet button to send a public message and wait for the response from the HYPE staff, who then it will invite you to continue the conversation privately.

Contact HYPE via WhatsApp

In addition to the communication channels mentioned above, it is also possible to get in touch with HYPE operators via WhatsApp . To do this, however, you need to activate the HYPE Premium plan .
