How to compose an email

This is a resource of great power that, in addition to maintaining a banal conversation with a friend, is used for much more such as access, with its mere wording, to an important job , to solve incidents with public entities and agencies and a very long and so on.

The way to create an email message is to know and spend time designing the following aspects:

  • Sender. It is convenient to configure our profile properly so that at this point a sender that we want to show is shown (full name, only your name, a nickname or nickname, a false name, a phrase …).
  • Subject. Think carefully about what to put here because sometimes it will cause the recipient to open the mail or not. It is the stronghold of email marketing campaigns. It should be very brief and concise and adequately summarize the purpose of your message.
  • Greeting and presentation. It is essential to choose a polite and formal greeting formula as appropriate to the situation and, if necessary, to introduce yourself appropriately before doing anything else. We will also look for a farewell formula.
  • Body of the message. This is the information that we want to make known. We must pamper the syntax and spelling, and as in any other writing, make a simple introduction, a body with an argument and a final paragraph as a summary.
  • Customization. Given the possibility, do not hesitate to use the different customization tools that are given so that your message is unique and part of you.
  • Attached. If you have to, attach the corresponding files. Do not forget to indicate in the text that you do it, explaining what those files are.
  • Signature. Never send an unsigned email; It is a sign of good manners and allows you to show how you are the creator of the information.
