What are the types of typography in Instagram Stories?

How do you change the font style of mentions on Instagram?

Achieving change the style in the mentions you make in Instagram Stories is very simple, the procedure for this is as follows:

1. The first thing you need to do is log in to your Instagram accountfrom your mobile phone.
2. Create a story by clicking on the camera icon at the top of the screen.
3. Take a photo or select one from your phone’s gallery.
4. After you take or select the photo you will be sent to an editing panel,in it you will find a letter icon at the top, click on it.
5. When the keyboard opens, press the @ key and then enter the name of the person you want to mention on the page.
6. To change the style of the mention you must press the icon that is located in the middle of the upper part (this icon will have the name of the current font of the mention)
7. After you press the icon, you will be shown the fonts that you can use. Remember the fonts that are available are Classic, Modern, Sewing Machine, Neon and Strong, try any of them and select the one you like best.
8. Drag the mention and place it where you want. To finish, press on publish story and that’s it, it’s as simple as placing Stickers on the Stories.

How to change the font color of mentions?

You can add color to the motions you make in Instagram stories, to achieve this you must perform the following procedure:

1. Open the Instagram app, upload a story to the editing panel like you usually do.
2. In the editing panel click on the letters icon at the top.
3. Place the mention the person you want, when doing this you will be shown  a color palette at the bottom, select the color that you like the most and this color will be applied immediately to the mention, in case you do not like it you can change it in the color palette.

What is done to increase or decrease the size of the mention?

 You can increase or decrease the size of the Instagram mentions, the process for this is the one that will be shown below:

To increase the size of the mention: press with the tips of your fingers on the mention and with them move the mention outwards, in this way you will increase the size, although it is recommended that the mentions of the stories are not so large.

To decrease the size of the mention: press your fingertips on the mention and scroll the mention inwards, thus reducing the size of it.

How is the mention text animated?

To give even more life to Instagram Stories you can add animation to the mentions in case you place them, to add this animation you just have to create a Storie in a normal way, place a mention and if you wish, modify the typography to it , after This presses on the Animate Text option that is at the top of the editing panel, in this way you will have added animation to the mention.
