How to change email on Instagram from phone

If you use Instagram as a mobile app, here are the instructions to change your email address on Instagram, valid for both devices with Android operating system and for iPhones.

• Open the Instagramapp for  Android or iOS .
• Tap your profile iconat the bottom right.
• In the screen that appears, tap on Edit profile.
• Scroll down and presses on Settings on personal information.
• Tap on your old email address.
• On the Change Email screen, type in the new email address.
• Confirm everything, by tapping on the blue check, at the top right.
• An added Emailpop-up will appear . Click on OK .
• You will receive an Instagram email, on the new and old email address, to confirm the request to change your email.
• Click on the Confirm email addressbutton and that’s it.

How to change emails on Instagram from the web

In case you usually use Instagram online with a Web browser, such as Firefox Mozilla or Google Chrome, here are the instructions to change emails on Instagram from desktop.
