Ingredients

Mass

  • 500 gr. of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 gr. piece of cold butter
  • 4 tbsp. of sugar milled
  • 2 tbsp. baking powder
  • ½ cup cold milk
  • 1 tsp. of salt fine

Filling

  • 300 gr. of cheese fresh
  • 150 gr. grated cheese
  • 200 gr. of ham cooked
  • frying oil

Preparation method

Mass:

  1. Place the flour mixed with the salt, sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Then add the butter cut into pieces and work it with the hands together with the other ingredients.
  3. When you feel pulverized add the beaten eggs and milk.
  4. Join until you get a dough.
  5. Pour it on the floured table and knead for a few minutes and let rest ½ hour.

Filling:

  1. Chop the rather large fresh cheese and the cooked ham.
  2. Add the grated cheese.
  3. Then season with salt, pepper and mix very well.
  4. Roll out the dough, cut medium medallions.
  5. Place a tablespoon of filling on each one, moisten the edge slightly with water and close making a small spike.
  6. Fry them in plenty of hot oil.
