Emperor Fish

The Emperor is a fish that can be prepared in different ways, although the star is the grilled emperor, because it seals the meat and makes it very juicy inside and slightly golden on the outside. To spice it up, nothing better than a homemade green sauce, made with oil , lemon, chives or garlic and parsley .

This is one of the healthiest dishes you can serve at the table, and it also lends itself to being prepared with both fresh and frozen emperors. The result is not the same, but it is true that grilled, the frozen emperor remains juicy, making it a very economical way to enjoy this exquisite fish.
