How to play as collectors and hunters

Deathgarden: Bloodharvest is similar to another Behavior Interactive game, Dead by Daylight . Only here instead of a maniac – hunters with small arms, and as victims – collectors. The confrontation takes place on a large map: hunters must track down and kill five collectors under the control of players. Due to their weakness, the victims cannot resist openly, so they need to hide, collect blood from special veins and take it to the obelisks.

Each side has its own specific abilities. Collectors are equipped with a bow and various devices for survival and stealth, plus they have passive abilities. Their enemies hunters also have active and passive skills, and they also carry two types of small arms.

On the map itself, where the match takes place, various bonuses in the form of health, energy cores and ammunition are scattered. Health boxes heal collectors, but hunters can block them: some have abilities associated with this. The energy cores replenish the supplies necessary for the abilities of the collectors, and using this resource, hunters can use this resource to raise a special drone into the air to scan the area. Ammo crates give collectors arrows and ammo for hunters.

Collectors

The main task of the collector is survival. In this case, you need to collect blood and carry it to special obelisks marked with the letters A, B, C. As soon as the collectors collect enough blood, or hold out for a while, you need to escape from the map through the opened obelisks.

Collector Tips

1. Until the enemy goes hunting, try to collect as many supplies as possible.
2. Take the blood to the obelisks with extreme caution, as this is the most dangerous place where the hunter often visits.
3. Drones near obelisks will be the most common sighting. Destroy them before you go to donate blood. But be careful – the destroyed obelisk will attract the hunter.
4. Hunters, unlike collectors, do not know how to climb walls and they have to rely only on their jump. This feature can be useful when escaping.
5. If the hunter is after you, use all your camouflage supplies to the maximum. Also, do not run directly and hide behind buildings, trees and other objects. After you hide, be sure to use the box with energy cores.
6. The increasing music means that the hunter is near. If the enemy did not notice you, you can hide in the bushes for disguise.
7. Be sure to mark obelisks and blood veins if you were unable to collect blood from them.

Which collector should you choose?

Smoke

A standard collector, and a very good one. His most useful ability is the smoke screen, which is extremely useful when escaping from a hunter. The ability for an additional shield when delivering blood also looks very good.

Spare wheel

One of the great candidates for unlocking. Has two good rescue abilities from a hunter. Also very good are the skills for replenishing stamina and temporary acceleration when delivering blood. In general, Zapaska is not deprived of the most important abilities, which makes her a good collector.

Ghost

This collector is very good thanks to the camouflage, which is very effective when you need to run away from the hunter. Also, the Ghost is able to get additional blood when collecting. One of the best candidates for your first purchase.

Chiropractor

This collector is effective in team play. But, alas, in the game you will most often have to act alone, which is why Bone Setter has no place to use his abilities. Also, this collector can heal and increase his vitality through the shield, but abilities that deceive the hunter are much more effective. Not the best unlock candidate.

Tattoo

Perhaps the most interesting collector on this list. First, it has a camouflage that is effective in saving you from a hunter. Tatu also has two good defensive abilities. She also has increased health and stamina, which is very valuable for the collector.

Hunters

The hunter’s goal is quite simple – you need to find and kill all the collectors. In this case, it is necessary not only to knock them down, but also to approach them and carry out the execution. While hunters vary greatly from one another, they do have common abilities as well. Each of them can stun their victim, and still run very fast.

Hunter Tips

1. Most often, you can intersect with collectors near the obelisk. Build your route to avoid all important points.
2. At the very beginning, engage in active collection of ammunition and energy cells.
3. Activate the search drones first of all near the obelisks. Also, it is near these objects that you leave such items as Inquisitor’s turrets and Poacher’s mines.
4. Make sure your weapon is always reloaded.
5. When collectors shoot drones, you can find your target by where the arrow is coming from.
6. If there is a high ledge in front of you, activate the sprint to increase the jump height.
7. Try not to shoot the collector as soon as you see him from afar. Cut the distance by about half and start the attack. This way, your target is less likely to hide.
8. Pick up the “Gold Box” as often as possible, as temporary endless stamina and ammo can be very useful when chasing a collector.

Which hunter to choose?

Inquisitor

Standard character. At the same time, he has many useful skills. Placing turrets can not only reveal collectors, but also help with them in battle. Also, the Inquisitor can restore stamina with the help of health boxes and he can use acceleration more often.

Huntsman

Invisibility is a great ability if you spot the picker before he sees you. Also, the Jaeger saves a lot of time due to the additional energy core. Other than that, his abilities don’t seem very useful.

Poacher

A good hunter with a whole bunch of useful abilities. First, there are 10 dangerous mines that can be placed near the obelisks. Some inexperienced collectors fall for this trick easily. The Poacher can also increase stamina and has a good supply of ammo. It is not difficult for these hunters to play, so we advise you to buy it first of all.
