It’s time for a new patch, which means new Triple Triad cards! Sorry if you’ve just finished building your collection, because Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.4 has half a dozen new cards added, and here they are:

Octomamamont
Octommoth is probably the easiest to get from the new Triple Triad cards. Dropped by The Aetherfont Dungeon, which is part of MSQ. It’s a rare but fixed drop (although we don’t really quite understand what that means). You can usually pick it up after a few runs.
golbez
Golbez is dropping out of The Voidcast Dais (Normal) and (Extreme) challenges, and we recommend that you either grind the new Lynx mount or get it in the next few days. This is because normal challenges from MSQ content without gear drops die after the first few weeks. As a result, we recommend getting it out of the regular trial as soon as possible.

Protocarbuncle
This is a Triple Triad Duel drop from Ruissenard in Aporia. However, you will need to complete all newly added raid quests. But even then, as with all Duel cards, getting this card to drop is very difficult, as you need to constantly defeat Ruissenar to have a chance of dropping it.
Themis
Like Proto-Carbuncle, Themis comes from the Trinity triadic duel with Ruissenar in Aporia. Again, it’s a pain because the duel drop chances are terrible, but you can still grab it if you try hard.
Athena
Finally, Athena is dropped from the new Anabaseios: The Twelfth Circle raid on Normal and Wild difficulty. Since a lot of people will grind this up for minions, mounts, and other goodies, this will be fairly easy to grab, but still a bit of a chore.
