10 Ways to Get Liked by People

Some time ago, I bought a smart card, a card that is used to make learning easier. On one of the cards, there is writing about 10 personal favorites. So, here he wants to share with readers what is written on the card. What do you think makes someone likeable? The following are the characteristics:

Sincerity

Sincerity ranks first as the trait most liked by everyone. Sincerity makes other people feel safe and valued because they are sure that they will not be fooled or lied to. Sincere people always tell the truth, do not like making things up, pretending, making excuses or distorting facts. The principle is “Yes above Yes and No above No”.
Of course it would be more ideal if the sincerity as soft as a dove was balanced with the ingenuity of a snake. That way, sincerity does not become innocence that can be self-defeating.

Modesty

In contrast to inferiority complex which is a weakness, humility expresses strength. Only people who are strong in spirit can be humble. He is like rice which is getting fuller, the more he looks down. A humble person can recognize and appreciate the strengths of others. It can make people above it feel okay and make those below it feel insecure.

Loyalty

Loyalty has become a rare item & very high in price. The faithful always to be trusted and relied upon. He always keeps his promises, has a strong commitment, is willing to sacrifice and does not like to betray.

Positive Thinking

People who are positive (positive thinking) always try to see everything from a positive perspective, even in bad situations. He prefers to talk about the goodness of the bad of others, prefers to talk about hope rather than despair, prefers to seek solutions rather than frustration, prefers praise than criticism, and so on.

Cheerfulness

Because not everyone is gifted with a cheerful temperament, cheerfulness does not have to mean facial expressions and body but heart attitude. A cheerful person is someone who can enjoy life, doesn’t like to complain and always tries to achieve joy. He can laugh at the situation, other people, as well as himself. He has the potential to entertain and encourage the spirits of others.

To be responsible

The person who is responsible will carry out his obligations seriously. If he made a mistake, he dared to admit it. When experiencing failure, he will not find a scapegoat to blame. Even if he feels disappointed and hurt, he won’t
blame anyone. He realized that he himself was responsible for whatever he experienced and felt.

Confidence

Self-confidence allows a person to accept himself as he is, respect himself and respect others. Confident people easily adapt to new environments and situations. He knows what to do and does it well.

Greatness of the Soul

The greatness of the soul can be seen from the ability of a person to forgive others. People who are big at heart do not allow themselves to be overcome by hatred and enmity. When faced with difficult times he remained steadfast, not allowing himself to drift into sadness and despair.

Easy Going

An easy going person considers life is easy. He doesn’t like to exaggerate small matters. Even trying to downplay big problems. He doesn’t like bringing up the past and doesn’t want to worry about the future. He does not want to be dizzy and stressed about problems that are beyond his control.

Empathy

Empathy is a very admirable trait. People who have empathy are not only good listeners but can also put themselves in the shoes of others. When there is a conflict he always looks for the best solution for both parties, does not like to impose his own opinion and will. He always tries to understand and understand other people.
