The new Pokémon Snap is finally here, and both new players and veterans are trying to find every Pokémon in the game. There are more than 200 Pokémon to discover and take pictures, including the mythical Mew. Where to find Mew in the new Pokémon Snap
Because this is a legendary and mythical Pokémon, you will definitely want an image of Mew in your Photodex. Unfortunately, if you expect to meet him early in the game, you’re out of luck. Mew only appears after beating the main story of New Pokemon Snap. The good news is, once you know how to deal with it, it’s not too hard to find.
After photographing the final Pokémon and the Roll credits, other Pokémon will start to appear in yards, including Mew. You will want to return to Founja Jungle at night for Mew.
At the beginning of the Jounja Jungle class in the evening, immediately turn behind you and play a tune. At first you will only see a group of Morelulls walking. But once the melody begins to play, you will see a pink orb appear through the bushes directed towards you.
This is a direct reference to how you would photograph Mew in Rainbow Cloud in the original game. The method of making Mew appear outside of the orb is also very similar.
The orb moves very fast, but you will have to throw several Fluffruits at it. Once you’ve hit him two or three times, Mew will appear briefly. It’s super fast so you have to be fast with your image. We recommend that you enable burst mode to have the best chance of taking a great photo.

You can repeat this process several times in the course. Mew will also appear later in the course if you manage to spawn it from the orb. If you manage to photograph it, Mew will start to appear in the Founja Jungle field during the day.
