Where to find Celebi in the new Pokémon Snap
There are a ton of Pokémon well hidden in the woods elsewhere, and Celebi is just another of the bunch. This grass / psychic type Pokémon that made its debut in the Johto region is not easy to find and even if you see one, there is no guarantee that you will get a good picture as it flexes through the level quickly.
But before continuing to wander the woods elsewhere in search of the Time Travel Pokémon, you’ll need to get the research level for stage up to two. Celebi won’t appear in this level until then, so don’t expect to see the little ‘mon’ flying around here and there.
Also, we can’t confirm this yet, but we believe that Celebi will only appear after completing the main story of New Pokemon Snap. We will have to confirm this later. If you can’t find Celebi right after upgrading Elsewhere Forest to research level two, that should confirm our suspicions.
