What Is Estradiol (Cliane)

Estradiol is the main active compound of the medicine sold commercially under the name Cliane.

Indications

Common complications after 1 year of menopause, such as hot flashes, urogenital atrophy and osteoporosis.

Contraindications

Cancer, pregnancy, endometriosis, thrombophlebitis, severe heart disease, sickle cell anemia, diabetes mellitus, liver disease, jaundice, pruritus or severe kidney disease.

Side effects

Irregular bleeding, migraine, breast pain or tension, feeling sick, stomach upset, weight changes and libido changes.

Mode of use

1 tablet a day until the end of the pack.
