History

Preparation method

  1. In the blender, grind the tomato together with the onion, garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of salt and half a cup of water.
  2. On the grill, place a saucepan with a spoon of oil and add the sauce.
  3. Rectify the taste of salt and season.
  4. Add 3/4 of the chicken stock. Bring to boil about 10 minutes.
  5. Cut the tortillas into strips 3 to 4 cm long x 1 wide and fry.
  6. Place the fried tortillas on a sheet of absorbent paper.
  7. In a deep plate take a handful of fried tortillas and pour the sauce, so that it is neither too dry nor with too much broth.
