The Meaning of Prayer Prayers
Hajj is included in the sunnah prayer category. Hajj is done when we have Hajj, Hajj itself in the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI) means desires, wishes and needs. For example, when we will face semester exams for those who are still in school or college or will face job interviews for those who have graduated, we certainly want good results. The command to perform the prayer of intent is also contained in the following hadith:
لِيَسْاَلْ أَحَدُكُمْ رَبَّهُ حَجَتَهُ حَتَّى يَسْاَلَهُ الْمِلْحَ وَحَتَّى يَسْاَلَهُ شِسْعَ نَعْلِهِ إِذَاانْق
Which is to say: “One of you should always ask his Rob (Allah SWT), to ask for salt and to ask for his rope when the slippers are broken.” (HR. Tirmdzi; Hasan)
Implementation Intent and Procedure
Sunnah hajat prayer amounts to 2 rak’ahs. However, the rak’ah can also be added by more than 2 rak’ahs. Hajj can be done at any time, not pegged at the time, it can be morning, afternoon or night, as long as the time is not forbidden to pray (when the sun will set until it sets perfectly).
Memorize the intent of the prayer:
أُصَلِّيْ سُنَّةَ الْحَاجَةِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ لِلَّهِ تَعَالَى
(Ushollii sunnatal haajati rok’ataini lillahi ta’aalaa)
Meaning: “I intend to pray sunnah for two rak’ahs because of Allah Ta’ala”
Procedures for performing prayers of intent
- Recite the prayer of intent prayer

Allahuakbaru kabiiraw walhamdulillahi katsiran, wa subhaanallahi bukrataw wa’ashiila, innii wajjahtu wajhiya lilladzii fatharas samaawaati wal ardha haniifam muslimaw wamaa anaa minal musyrikiina. Inna shalaati wa nusukii wa mahyaaya wa mamaatii lillaahi Rabbil’aalamiina. La syariikalahu wa bidzaalika umirtu wa anaa minal muslimiin.
Meaning: ” Allah is great with equal-besarny a . All praise is due to Allah. Glory to God in the morning and in the evening. I set my face to the Lord who created heaven and earth with all obedience and devotion, and I am not one of those who associate with Him. Verily my prayer, my worship, my life and my death belong to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, with whom He has no allies. With that I was ordered and I was among those who surrendered themselves. “
Or
Allahumma baa’id bainii wabaina khathaayaaya kamaa baa’adta bainal masyriqi wa maghribi, allahumma naqinii min khathaayaaya kamaa yunaqats tsaubul abyadhu minad dana. Allahumaghsilnii min khathaayaaya bil maa’i wats tsalji wal barad
That is to say: “O God, keep me from my error, as thou hast removed east and west. Oh God, cleanse me and my sins, just as white clothes are cleansed from dirt. O God, purify all my sins with water, snow, and clean water. “

Prayers that are read after performing the best wishes are recited from the Qur’an and Al-Hadith, such as:
لِاِلَهَ اللِالاللهُ الْحَكِيمُ الْكَرِيمُ سْبْحَانَ Allahَ رَبِّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ. لَلَٰهَ إِإِلإِا َّنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ انِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
Laa ilaaha illaa anta subhaanaka innii kuntu minazhzhalimin
It means: “there is no god but you, you are holy. Really, I belong to the wrongdoer. “
