HOW TO PREPARE THE ICED MINT TEA

  • 1.5 l of SantThè Sant’Anna with lemon
  • 12 sprigs of mint
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ice cubes to taste

To prepare the Ice Mint Tea, you must start by inserting a sliced ​​lemon , sugar and mint sprigs into pieces in a carafe , taking care to keep a few sprigs for the final decoration of the glasses. At this point it is possible to pour the SanThè Sant’Anna with lemon into the carafe , leaving it to rest for about 30 minutes.
After this period of time, it is advisable to filter the drink in another carafe and leave to cool in the refrigerator for at least another half hour.

To serve, pour the cocktail into large tumblers or into fairly tall drink glasses half filled with ice.
Finally, decorate each glass with lemon slices and a sprig of mint.
