Whether you go to primary school, after-school, high school, business school or even higher education institutions, every year there are many students who suffer from and suffer from what is popularly called exam anxiety.

And overall, the exam-anxious person carries around a fear that prevents the person from being able to prepare properly and thereby the fear also prevents one from feeling safe and clear, and prevents many from having faith in the ability to think, remember and speak clearly and coherently.
